Grand opening: Saturday, 7 November 2026, 10 am – 6 pm.

Idioms and other Idiosyncrasies is the opening exhibition of Core, a new art association in Athens. Rather than following a narrative theme, the show brings together a diversity of individual artistic positions, each addressed on its own terms rather than set in a thematic context. The selection reflects the range of artistic vocabulary Core plans to present in future exhibitions, making the show a kind of keyword index and a preview of things to come.

Artists: Nina Beier, Sam Durant, Hélène Fauquet, Benjamin Hirte, Oliver Laric, Sofia Mitsola, Tania Pérez Córdova, Socratis Socratous, Rosemarie Trockel, Jannis Varelas, Paky Vlassopoulou.
